Planning a three night stay near Paris starts with a simple question: how much should you budget for accommodation? In the NiaBnb apartments in Épinay-sur-Seine and Villetaneuse, the calculation is straightforward, because the nightly rate is shared between all guests and the kitchen helps keep other costs under control. This article sets out the budget for a three night stay, apartment by apartment, with the cost per person for each group size.
How much does one night cost in our apartments?
Here are the base nightly rates shown for each of our five apartments. They can vary with the dates and the time of year, and the exact price is always confirmed when you book.
- Les Coteaux: 65 euros per night, 1 bedroom, up to 4 guests, 52 m²
- Blumenthal: 85 euros per night, 2 bedrooms, up to 5 guests, 55 m²
- République: 85 euros per night, 2 bedrooms, up to 5 guests, 65 m²
- Grand Appartement: 90 euros per night, 3 bedrooms, up to 8 guests, 76 m²
- Dumas 2: 100 euros per night, 3 bedrooms, up to 8 guests, 75 m²
The rate applies to the whole apartment, not to each person. That is the key difference from booking room by room: the larger the group, the lower the cost per person.
What is the total budget for three nights, depending on group size?
Multiplying the base rate by three nights gives a clear accommodation budget. The amounts below are indicative and based on the rates listed above.
For a group of 8 people
Dumas 2 comes to 300 euros for three nights, or 37.50 euros per person for the whole stay. The Grand Appartement comes to 270 euros, or 33.75 euros per person. In both cases the group has three separate bedrooms, a shared living room and private parking, so everyone can stay together.
For a family or group of 4 to 5 people
For five guests, Blumenthal and République each come to 255 euros for three nights, or 51 euros per person. For four guests, Les Coteaux comes to 195 euros, or 48.75 euros per person. All three have a separate living area and a kitchen for preparing meals on site.
For a stay for two
Two guests staying at Les Coteaux pay 195 euros for three nights, or 97.50 euros each. They have a bedroom, a separate living room and a 52 m² apartment that is wheelchair accessible.
How can you keep the rest of the budget under control?
Accommodation is only part of the spending. Several features of our apartments help you keep the overall total in check.
An equipped kitchen for everyday meals
Each apartment has a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast and some of your dinners. For a group, cooking together at the end of the day is the simplest way to limit restaurant spending while sharing a proper moment together. Local shops are within walking distance of our apartments.
Parking, an often forgotten expense
Parking is arranged differently depending on the apartment:
- Dumas 2: private parking included
- Grand Appartement: secure underground private parking
- République: secure underground parking
- Les Coteaux: private covered parking available on request
- Blumenthal: free on-site and street parking
For a group travelling by car, this means no extra parking budget is needed over the three nights.
Public transport into Paris
Our apartments are close to several lines, so a car is optional once you have arrived:
- RER C towards central Paris
- Transilien H to Gare du Nord in about 10 minutes
- Tramway T8 to the Stade de France in about 15 minutes
What journey times should you expect from Épinay-sur-Seine?
Staying in the northern suburbs does not mean being far from Paris. These are the average journey times by public transport:
- Gare du Nord: 10 minutes
- Stade de France: 15 minutes
- Châtelet - Les Halles: 25 minutes
- Louvre Museum: 30 minutes
- Eiffel Tower: 35 to 40 minutes
Over three nights, these journey times let you plan three full days of sightseeing without losing time in transit, and then return to rest in a quiet neighbourhood.
How do you choose between two apartments with similar budgets?
When the price gap is small, other criteria make the difference. For a group of eight, the Grand Appartement offers 76 m² on the top floor with open views, while Dumas 2 offers 75 m² on the sixth floor with a lift. For five guests, République has a balcony and a washing machine, while Blumenthal is right next to the T8 tramway, at the Blumenthal stop.
Also consider the length of your stay. The shorter the stay, the more the nightly rate weighs on the budget; the longer it is, the more the kitchen and parking become assets. In every case the calculation stays the same: nightly rate multiplied by the number of nights, divided by the number of guests.
A sample budget for a three night weekend
Take a group of six friends who book the Grand Appartement for three nights. Accommodation costs 270 euros, which is 45 euros per person for the whole stay. By preparing breakfast on site and using the private parking, the group noticeably reduces its other expenses. The same reasoning applies to a family of five at Blumenthal: 255 euros for three nights, or 51 euros per person.
